Calendar
See your whole schedule in one place — events, tasks, subscriptions, and contact birthdays, all together.
Your Scheduling Hub
The calendar pulls together everything that has a date: your own events, task due dates, external calendar subscriptions, and contact dates. You can view by month, week, or day. Switch views any time — the data stays the same, only the perspective changes.

Creating Events
Click the + button or click directly on any day cell to create a new event. Give it a title and you're done — everything else is optional.
- Date and time — Set a start and end time. Toggle all-day on to skip the clock.
- All-day events — Birthdays, deadlines, trips — events that span a full day without a specific time.
- Color — Pick a color to make events easy to spot at a glance.
- Recurrence — Repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Set an end date or leave it open.
- Reminders — Get notified before an event. Set one or more offsets — 5 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day.
Recurring Events
Set up an event to repeat on a schedule and it will appear on every matching date automatically. Edit a single occurrence or update all future events — your choice each time.
Daily
Every day, every N days, or specific days of the week.
Weekly
Choose which days of the week the event repeats on.
Monthly
Same date each month, or a positional day like the first Monday.
Yearly
Annual events like birthdays or anniversaries.
All recurring series can have an end date, a fixed count of occurrences, or run indefinitely.
Day Planner
Switch to the Day view for a detailed hourly breakdown of a single day. Every event is placed on the time grid at its exact start time.
- Working hours — Configure your working hours in settings. Events inside working hours stand out; off-hours events are still visible but dimmed.
- All-day section — All-day events appear in a dedicated band at the top, above the time grid.
- Task blocks — Tasks with due times show as blocks in the time grid alongside calendar events.
- Day notes — Add short notes for specific hours — quick memos that stay attached to that time slot.
Calendar Subscriptions
Subscribe to external calendars using an iCal feed URL. Events from subscribed calendars appear as an overlay on your calendar — read-only, but always in sync.
- Adding a subscription — Go to Calendar Settings and click Add Subscription. Paste any public iCal URL — Google Calendar, Outlook, sports schedules, public holidays, and more.
- Overlay lanes — Each subscription is a separate lane. Toggle lanes on and off from the calendar header without losing the subscription.
- Subscription colors — Assign a color to each subscription so events from different sources are easy to distinguish.
Export Your Calendar
Generate a private iCal feed URL for your calendar. Subscribe to it from any calendar app — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook — and your events will appear there automatically.
Generate feed URL
Go to Calendar Settings and click Generate Feed URL. Copy the URL into your external calendar app.
Revoke feed access
If you want to stop sharing or think the URL was leaked, revoke it. The old URL stops working immediately and you can generate a new one.
